I selected Vannellia via Zillow based on her reviews, which I must say, did not lie. She is patient, always professional and top notch in my opinion. I would never use anyone else. Initially when I met her, I just went through a divorce and had a short sale in my history. Although we discovered during the process that I would have to wait approximately 8 months before I could buy FHA, Vannellia remained willing and accommodating to any request I had whether to see a home or answer an email.
